Netflix?

I'm sorry if this has been asked 100 times but there doesn't seem to be any way to search this forum. Just got the GT1 ultimate and the main reason I bought it was to stream Netflix. However, I when I try to install the app I get a 'not compatible with this device' message. Is there a trick to install the Netflix app or do I have to return the box?

please install Netflix in APPmarket, the app in APPmarket can be used normally.

By APPmarket, do you mean the Google Play store? Because I tried that and it didn't work. If not, how do I find this Appmarket? I don't see it on the main screen?
