A Problem with buttons, please solve

I have a problem with buttons, especially OK or Yes buttons. For some reason the right side (right half) of these buttons is not active (not clickable) while the left half is ok.
I have the latest firmware update
Please solve this annoying problem

The problem is not happening with the remote control (I got the one without Air mouse)
The problem is happening with:
1- a Logitech wired mouse
2- a Favormate Air mouse and key board
3- a Rii imitation touch-pad and keyboard
Please fix this problem

The on / off button on the original remote goes without that USB adapter, so another remote does not mege

1. Слабый IR канал, включить TV box c расстояния больше 2 метров не удается. 2. После сброса настроек до заводских перестала работать функция "голосовой поиск". 3. После загрузки TV box перестал подавать сигнал готовности к работе. 4. Местоположение не определяется, невозможно внести город даже вручную. S/N 95X2RBNF80011  4G. Сборка 111NO.
