100 mbps - Not 1000

I have the X45 Premium PC. While the advertised speed is up to 1000 mbps (have not tested), the ethernet connection only goes to 100 mbps ( have tested extensively)
I have AT&T Fiber 1GB up and 1GB down and this machine does not have the ability to go above 100. Is there a driver or firmware for this? Please let me know so I can get a refund process started if there is not. It is too bad, other than that, it is is a nice little machine, but it does me no good to use a machine that can only use one tenth of my internet speed.  Thank you.

Our Gemin X uses 1000M Lan, the theoretical speed can reach 1000bps, but it is not 1000MB/S, and it is related to the test environment and test software. Can provide information such as pictures or videos of test speed?

You need to buy a Cat 5e or Cat 6 (or above) ethernet cable.
