After recovery system died

After recovery from bios menu system died. If turn on only blue led.

Do I have chance restore device? Can you suggest right way ?

Already do it. I think this don't help becouse I suspect that bios broken. I can only make power on and power of after 5-6 seconds holding. I reset settings disconnecting battery at motherboard but this don't help.
