Problem shortcuts on joypad, impossible to play

I just bought and received a GT1 Ultimate (3Gb + 32).
I have a problem for play ( snes9x EX+), once a joypad connected; there are shortcuts on the buttons of this joypad and suddenly I can not play, how to disable these shortcuts?

And despite that, the shortcuts remain active ??

How to disable them completely?

I have disabled shortcuts in "access" but the function keys are still activated ??

How to modify these shortcuts "Functions"?
I can only modify the shortcuts "Applications"!

I have a W95 and I can't play any game with USB Joystick. Because some buttons are Shortcuts.
I want to know how I can disable this too.
