GT1 Ultimate - very slow WiFi preformance

Hi,

I just got a new GT1 Ultimate with version 709NO. The Box is very close to my 100mb WiFi hotspot.

With wire connection I am getting speed of 100mb/
With WiFi connection I am getting very slow speed of 1-3mb !!!.

I would like to know if other users I having to same problem

HI kitiyoda

Hope i can help you if your ISP is Virgin you will need to login to your Router
192.168.0.1

1. The Password is under the router unless you have put your own password in.
2. Look for Advanced settings click it
3. Wireless / Security click it
4. Can you see the name of your Wifi are there the same ? if so you will need to rename one of then some thing like kitiyoda5g as the two Wireless Signal 2.4g and 5g can or may slow your speed as the GT1 Ultimate can jump from Signal to Signal this can also work on other Wi-Fi devices

then ask it to reconnect to kitiyoda5g. If this don't work then start look at what is around the box then network settings

Hi,
The GT1 can connect to the 2.4G network, but it is very slow.
With the same network connection iPhone 7 I am getting over 60MB/Sec speed.
With the GT1 I am getting less then 2MB/sec

Can you elaborate on your situation? Is your router close to GTkingpro? Have you tried to change the channel?
