Hi there, I am trying to use our BT3 Pro on a Samsung Monitor S22D300HY (full HD). After showing the Beelink bootup menu, the screen goes black, and we can't do anything. This also happens to another BT3 that we have. What is the problem here? If I start the Beelink on another monitor, and then switch inputs, it does work. But starting up on the Samsung monitor does not work at all. What could be the problem?
By the way: this forum is extremely confusing for English speaking people. The entire website is. The translations do not make a lot of sense. Please hire someone that speaks and writes proper English. |
