Hello.
I'm the owner of GT1 Ultimate 3GB/32GB, switched from Xiaomi 4K Mi Box.
I have issue with Youtube application.
When I'm trying to watch Youtube video in 1080p quality, then in 90% cases I see green flickering / mosaic instead of video.
With quality less 1080 everything is OK.
GT1 reset / Youtube app re-install didn't fixed the issue.

GT1 uses latest available firmware in Wireless Update: 709N0_20180718-191039
Android version: 7.1.2

Is any ways to fix this issue?

I have the same issue, 90% of Youtube video shows like my pic included with this issue, What I have done as a workaround is to use an old Youtube app on the GT1 apps store this work like 90% of the time without display issues only occurs 10% of the time.

This is display firmware bug with the GT-1 Ultimate, I been having this issue now for 3 months since I purchased my GT-1, support has yet to come up with a solution. At that time I was the only 1 on this forum with this with this display issue, so support thought it was a cable or something. Which I said only happen with Youtube app only no other part.

hello
Please try to downgrade
708DO version

The downgrade does not work, My GT-1 box came with 708DO version. This issues started with 708DO version I updated it 2x since then thinking this issues will be fixed in the next version. Even the lastest does not fix or address this issues.

Yes, It is the mobile app which causes this issue.
I also have a few seconds black blank screen issue too with players. when you play and pause this screen goes blank for 2 seconds then comes back on again.

The last YouTube app will cause this issue 90% of the time and the older version only cause the issue 10% of the time.
Support when will this be fixed it is clearly a firmware bug, a few months back it was just me but now other having the same issue?

When will you fix this issue?

Does not matter if you have an older firmware version or the lastest this issue is still a problem. My GT-1 came with an older firmware version this was the case then I updated it 2 times now still the same issue.
