I have a Logitech MX Anywhere 2S bluetooth mouse which used to pair with the GT1 Ult when it came with Android 6, and since update to Android 7 it no longer pairs. The GT1 Ult gives message "Pairing..." and then "Couldn't pair".  The mouse works well with all other devices and used to work with the GT1 Ult, so why doesn't it work with latest Android 7.1.2 Build 708NO?

Any feedbakc most appreciated please?

Which wifi band are you using? 2.4GHz might clash with bluetooth.

I'm using 5Ghz wifi. Even with wifi turned off, the problem persists. I also have some bluetooth headphones and they pair OK with the Beelink, maybe I just need to buy another mouse and try it. Odd as this was one of the most popular mouse devices on market and it works with everything else except my Beelink. It did work well when Android 6 was used but I've since updated o/s to Android 7.1.2.

I continue to use the Beelink remote it was shipped with in mean time.

the onboard antenna is not really good. have you tried plugging the bluetooth dongle at the side instead of rear? or using a USB hub to bring out the ports might help. If all fails, downgrade the firmware.

Thanks for reply but I don't understand, what Bluetooth dongle? The Beelink GT1 Ult has built in Bluetooth so no dongle involved??

(I actually have a Bluetooth dongle I use on a Win10 PC that works OK with the mouse. I thought Android boxes didn't recognize Bluetooth dongles. Nothing happens when I try the dongle I have on the Beelink and it continues to use its build in Bluetooth.)

some android strip off bluetooth dongle support since built-in bluetooth already available, thus nothing happen when you plug in the dongle I guess.

Free solution would be downgrade firmware.
Or borrow wireless mouse from someone to try it out

Yes, I think so to. I have tried wireless mouse and that works. I don't want to downgrade firmware as the older versions had more other bugs in them than this current 708NO build. I guess unless Beelink fixes the bluetooth issues my next box wont be a Beelink.
