GT1 2Gb/16Gb board GT-T_V30_20160831 need rom with working bootloader

I have GT1 Standard 2Gb ram 16Gb rom board GT-T_V30_20160831

Serial S/N a912

when I flash this firmware 708NO AP6255 box stop on logo

I try few firmware 109,  111, 707NO AP6255, 708NO AP6255, SUPERCELERON, ALVATECH, TvStock Nexus, Nano Nexus  

and box freez on logo each rom I try stock and custom


Please Help


When I flash rom I need to use short pin and usb burning tool v 2.0.9 I try v2.0.5.15,  v2.0.9, v2.1.6

I use male to male usb and power cable

The box stay on logo


I need rom with working bootloader

I flash a few firmware and no positive effect

I was contacted service email but no solution

I use 2 different cable, but box stay on logo

No booting to the android system only logo is showing on start up

Can someone help me solve problem ???
