how to play Netflix 4K or Youtube 4K?

Hello, I have Beelink A1, i've d/l Netflix app from beelink app store , and also tried from google play store, both versions I don't see Netflix in 4K, and also Youtube 4K app not showing 4K videos.
Netflix app - no 4K and no HD!

the A1 is connected to a 4K tv with a 4K resolution settings.

That would be due to Beelink is not certified officially by Google and Netflix. No certification - no 4K.

alternatively try xiaomi or amazon. nvidia shield if you have the budget. 4K OK.
