GT1 Freezes

Hi.

Yesterday I received the Beelink GT1 and I installed it to feed my projector. I started to see the movie "Cell" (Horrid, I know) and the GT1 player hanged himself 3 times. At last I had to unplug and use my old player. The film had these features

Video: H.264 / AVC 1920x800 23.976fps [Spanish (Video 1) [Default] (AVC (H.264), High Profile, Level 4.1, 1920x800, 23.976 fps)]

I don't think it have an odd configuration, but is what I was doing. The sound ragged, too. In short, bad experience, I hope it is fixed with next firmware of the device.

PS: I hope Beelink take this as constructive criticism.

I have the same problem, ussually after hour or so playing movies. GT1 restarts and going into recovery mode? Any ideas?

I didn't probe with a monitor, but that probe I think is unuseful. What's the proposite of that?

GT1 freezes in different programs (Kodi, Asphalt, Google play) and no respond after that.
I would send you any logs if you want.

Yes, I have the same issue as well and I'm connected to a TV. GT1 randomly freezes while I'm streaming or watching movies. When it freezes, video will halt, sometimes the sound will keep repeating. When this happens, I can't control the GT1 via external mouse or the IR remote control. All I can do is to remove the power plug to force GT1 to reboot.

Please look into the issue urgently as its failing its primary function as a TV box if it can't watch movies properly .

Mine is a same, working only an hour, then I re-boot by unplug power cable and plug back in. it's freeze right at the first screen Big red B circle, then I re-boot again, it's get a little bit further to second screen.

New to this and that's my first post. Unfortunately, have to share the same problems. My new GT1 is freezing like crazy and I don't really know what to do. It is unusable right now, so simply is lost money, unless Beelink will come up with the solution. Fortunately, I have couple other boxes, MINIX and Chromebox, which btw, work much better, (no comparison to these two at all).

If this is a firmware issue, I think I will try to run on it Linux MINT OS. What do you guys think? Is that possible with this box?
