when I connect the BT7 to my tv (LG) I can see the computer screen but there is no sound.
So I checked the drivers and i found that there is problem with the Intel HD graphic .
I update the graphic adapter driver to the last version and the problem didn't solved.
hi friend, you have to change the output audio device. go to the system tray on the bottom rigth of the screen (where is the clock) and go to the audio / volumen icon, right click and change the output audio device
the problem is that the device is not in the playback list (event not on the hidden device),
so I search in he web why, and found the error code in the driver properties.
TV does not recognize the HDMI sounds channel signal , you can try turning on the TV, and then plug the HDMI cable to BT7 HDMI, and then plug in the power supply and press power button of BT7.
I suggest that you can try to upgrade to the latest BIOS! BT7 New BIOS
Hey, two questions:
1. How can I upgrade the BIOS ?
2. As I shoe in the first question in the attached Image, the win 10 show that there is error with the Intel HD graphics adapter, how do I solved this error ?
So, I upgrade the BIOS and update the drivers and still it's not working,
The TV in not it the playback list and the graphic adapter in devicemanger have error code 45
I'm starting to think that the graphic adapter is not connected....
