Remote control stop working

Good afternoon, I recived last week a Beelink GT1 boutght on gearbest.com.
I used Tv Box for 3-4 times until yesterday without any problems but today remote control does not function. Led in upper part when I pressed every button does not light and IR does not function. I changhed battery but the results is the same. I think that remote control is defected. I contacted gearbest.com but I'm still waiting the response.
Someone had same problem?

The same thing happened to me after two months of use.
Does anyone know if it is a control or tv box problem?
