Can't connect with Android TV Remote Control

I can't connect with :

Tried with BT, WIFI, ETH but it doesn't work.

That remote app doesn't work with any of the "unofficial" Android TV boxes. Reason being that all of the generic Android boxes are not actually running "Android TV", they are running normal Android. The Smart iRemote app reportedly works with most generic Android TV boxes. And the Kore app does work to control Kodi.

It would be awesome if Beelink would release an app to remote control these boxes.
