Reinstall the Amlogic USB Burning software, it will reinstall the drivers necessary to identify your device via USB cable. You don't have to uninstall the previous version. Just ensure that your device isn't connected during re-installation.

Hi I'm facing the same problem I can't update on windows 10. I got 3 cables and both show power light but can't detect on the PC. I have also tried on other laptop to still not working
I have a Beelink GT1 S912 16G and Haven't updated till now. Build version is GT1_110M0 Version 6.0.1 can someone help me with on how to update and where to download 1) Standard Edition 2) S912 3) S/N: S913BKLG90254 16G
The easier way would be to attach the USB cable to the side usb slot on the GT1 (not the back area thats together with the power plug) - then use a pin to press the reset hole on the GT1 (you will hear a click) and keep it pressed while you plug the other cable to your PC.
