Zoom In Zoom Out screen

How can I zoom in/out screen.I did it once at the beggining before configuration,but how can I get back.to it?
How can I make Upper notification and lower navigation bars visible.I have 703 version

sorry no screenshots, i'm back on 6.0.1, but settings on 7.1.w are divided in 2 sections, try to find droid (advanced) settings under Settings with item Display/Screen position
