Hello,
Just got my Ultimate today and some things not working well or at all:
1. update stuck with message "Checking Updates".
2. Unable to factory reset.
3. And most important - the bottom menu does NOT show up. This causes the memory to fill quickly - the dedicated icon on opening screen does NOT do the job.
BTW - why didn't it come with Kodi built in?
Help is needed,
