I am afraid you won't have much support for this box.
The support from the firm is very poor.
The upgrade process is never a straight process but depends on your luck.
The firmware release process is a black box. No information on what is on and when it will be released.
Even the website/forum is a shame (old fashioned, not ergonomic at all, hard to find a post ...).
The menu "About Us" is describing another company not the one that is obviously not present here.
Never faced any reallity in the company culture mentioned.
Sorry for you that you bought the wrong brand.
I personally don't expect anything anymore from this brand.
I won't recommend and won't buy anymore which is a shame for them as the product initially looked very interesting.
