Hi everyone
I bought a new gt1 ultimate and every time that i’m turning the box on its stuck in different section. It stuck on “please wait” screen or in the main menu. Even when i start the kodi app its stucks too after few seconds.
Also i got some errors message like “google play sercive has stopped”
I tried to reset the box to factory setting and still same problem
What could be the problem? Maybe hardware problem?
The version of the firmware is 7.1.1 with s/n start with g912
