Anyone else having issues pairing bluetooth devices to the MiniMXIII

It doesn't seem to give out codes it just pairs and doesn't work....

Tried updating firmware and software so far no luck!

I've the same problem with an other product of Rii, The mini RT-MWK02+ who work properly in others devices in Android & IOS.

Have you solve the problem ?

Are you talking about pairing using the wireless receiver that comes with the Rii i8+ or without the wireless receiver?  

I've been using mine with the included receiver with no problems so far.

I believe we are talking about 2 different devices here.  I have an Rii i8+ that is RF transmitted to the included RF RCVR Donngle that must be inserted into the MiniMXIII's USB port.  I believe, Rii has since come out with a Bluetooth transmitted Rii i8+.
From what I have read, the RF remote is more responsive than the Bluetooth remote.  Sorry, I can't help you with any use on the Bluetooth model, but I can attest to the great functionality and stability of the RF model.  I love it!

I have the same problem.
The device Bluetooth Rii i8+ Mini doesn't work with Beelink Mini MXIII

Bluetooth Rii i8+ Mini works fine with my Notebooks
Bluetooth Rii i8+ Mini works fine with LG Smartphone Android 6

But doesn't work with the Beelink TV Box.

I can pairing bluetooth device (Bluetooth Rii i8+) with Mini MXIII but after pairing (device connected) nothing happens.

I also downloaded the manual Rii i8+ from developer website. Unfortunately without solving the problem.
I also update Mini MXIII with last firmware by OTA. Unfortunately without solving the problem.

I recently purchased the product. I wouldn't have to return because it doesn't work as it should.

Please help.

So RF Rii i8+ is working, was there a special configuration or was it working "out of the box"? My K400 Logi is recognized, but doesn' work (see thread yesterday).

Hi,
I just bought MiniMXIII-II together with RII I8+ Bluetooth keyboard and I cannot get them working. The keyboard is paired but it is not functioning. I tried it on my S7 edge, Tab S2 and windows computer and it's working there so it has to be something wrong with MiniMX (updated to 110M0). Can somebody from Beelink look at this problem?:'(

Hi,
I have the same problem, my rii i8 + with bluetooth keyboard pairs with the mini m8s ii android box, but that it does not work.
I can see it listed in the devices paired as a Bluetooth keyboard, but it does not work.
The keyboard works beautifully with my phone, so that is not the issue.
Also, in my case, UNLIKE @jw429, even the provided RF receiver fails to help connect my keyboard to the android TV.
Any assistance will be appreciated,

Hi,
I received OTA update yesterday v112M0 and they fixed the problem with Rii i8+ BT keyboard. I can use it without any problem.
