My beelink froze on screen with the word "Please Wait" with a circle that changes color, and does not start the system after I installed the 7.04NO update. what do I do? Help.
Use USB Burning Tool and revert back to GT1 113MO, far more stable at this point (imho). I encountered the same problem as you have many times with the Android 7 releases and got tired of it.
