No light when plug to AC

Hello,

I have a problem with my MXiii II box, i had to click to reset buton (was stuck on first boot) et then nothing...

I have no Blue or Red light when i plug the AC adaptor , what can i do?

Please help.

try a different adapter
make sure its 5v 2a

Have already tried several variants
1 different adpter 5c 2a tried no longer lights up
usb amlogic toll does not find the box
burning card via reset button is not synonymous
where are the pins to flash for usb amlogic tool please help

there is nothing more no blue no red except external usb fan runs when man connects him if it is accurate pictures with instructions to unbricken thank you
