Remote volume button not working for factory reset

All the buttons work like the ok button include volume button.
Any suggestions on how to go up and down? to reach factory restore option.

Exactly the same for me :'( Every key make reboot immediately !
Moreover, no "boot on the sd-card" (plug while keep reset plugged) available : stucked on the Beelink logo (target style)
I am on GT1 Ultimate, serial AX12.... and ver. 7.1.2 / NHG47L/20170819

Please, Beelink support : make the recovery mode "usable" : no way to return to factory reset, no way to upgrade from ADB or EXT....

Bonjour, ayant utiliser l'application "autoboot" par erreur, je ne peux plus redemarrer. Je tente une réinitialisation d'usine mais j'ai le même probleme! Au secours, comment FAIRE? Boxe inutilisable pour l'instant
