KODI hangs with 7.1.2

Hi Guys

I've bought the GT 1 Ultimate... but with the new firmware NO3 and NO4 i have lots of Problem with KODI... the Mediacenter hangs after a while and i don't know why....

I have had no Problems with FW Version 6... Everything was working well... but now, horrable!

Please help... Is there a way to downgrad to Version 6?? Where can i find the Firmware Version 6 Marschmallow for GT 1 Ultimate?

I know for certain that Kodi 17.3-4 doesn't hang with the latest firmware package for S912/G912 Ultimate boxes.

I tried also the downgrade, but if i use KODI 17.3 / 17.4  evertime the same effekt... after a while KODI hangs... Only a reboot solve the problem for a while... I tried many diffrent Firmware now... but i guess the issue is a Hardware ones...

@ Phyntom: I'm sorry, but KODI hangs defenitely after a while.... I have two Ultimate Boxes... on both the same effect!

So i think i will talk to Gearbest...

For me it seems like RAM or Processor Problem.

I have the same problem but only when starting Kodi. On android 6.0 very often i receive WAIT or KILL. I press wait and Kodi boot and working without problem. On android 7.1 i can't even start Kodi. I receive the same message WAIT or KILL application but the system freeze , i have to reboot. I think Beelink engineers have to do a lot of work. Support is very BAD.

Had a similar experience here, I removed kodi & installed SPMC from the play store along with "kodinolimits magic". No more problems!

Interesting.. Like I've mentioned, Kodi been working really well under both Android versions. Version 6 and now also under Android 7. Absolutely no hanging being experienced, and several other of these here boxes runs Kodi 17.3 - 17.4 flawlessly. Hanging typically indication that Kodi app was incorrectly tweaked, like with pre-buffering.
