Hello,
I'm trying to install Kodi 17 on my GT1 Firmware GT1_309M0 with Android 6.0.1.  I keep getting the error "app not installed."  I've tried different versions of Kodi but all of them return the same message.  My security settings "allow installation from unknown sources."  Can someone suggest a fix?

I'm having the same problem. Kodi 17.1 is a MUST if you want continue using many add-ons (like Exodus) because of the HTTPS issue. Furthermore, I am not able to install ANY other APKs after the last update. Has Beelink locked the box?

Work flawlessly on mine, uninstall all other old kodi ? Perhaps you got an old one with a different signature => "app not installed."

I get "app not installed" on every APK I have tried to install in the last couple of weeks. I was able to install them prior to the last box update (before Qodi).

No problem with apk's from Google Play including Kodi 17.1 on GT1_110M0.
Try factory reset and then after setting google account wait for google play services update (automatic if needed)...

Google Play doesn't work on mine, it tries to load and quits. I tried to update Google Play and it won't update either. I also tried to access Google Play through the browser and do it that way, but that didn't work either. I don't really want to do a factory reset and lose everything. I was hoping that there was a better solution. Can I do a backup, do a reset, and then apply the backup, or will just put me back where I am now?

RESTORE from BACKUP (made by TWRP for ex.) always put the device to the status as before BACKUP.
No matter whether it was RESET done or not...

No  ...

Like everything else, TWRP won't install on mine. Does Beelink have a full A912 recovery image that can be installed from a USB flash drive or SD card available for download (preferably with updated firmware and Kodi 17.1 and updated/functioning Google Play Store already in the image)? If so, where can one download it?

SPMC is still based on Jarvis (Kodi 16) so it won't get me to where I need to be. We are all going to need to install Krypton (Kodi 17) soon if we want to watch anything besides live streaming on our GT1s. I would still like to know if Beelink provides an up-to-date full recovery image for the GT! A912 available for download.
