Hi and thanks in advance for those who can help.
I am trying to upgrade my GT1 Ultimate with the latest FW found in the forum (GT1_703N0_LTM8830-Test).
I am trying using the Amlogic USB Burning tool (2.09) connecting the GT1 to my PC using a USB cable.
The problem I have is that the GT1 is never found by the PC (I tried at least with 2 different).
I am not sure about the procedure.
I have tried to:
- start the Amlogic USB tool
- maintain the reinit button
- plug the USB cable to the GT1
- release the reinit button
The problem is that nothing happens after. The GT1 is not seen at all.
I have tried this while the GT1 is plugged
- to the power + USB to PC
- to the USB to PC only
I have tried with and without file/image loaded on the Amlogic Burning tool ... but nothing.
Is there someone who can describe clearly the procedure to get through for this upgrade ?
I have an additional question: can I try with built in app for upgrade that is installed on the GT1 plus a USB key on which I can write the image ?
For info, I did never upgrade my GT1 ultimate which version is GT1_309MO
PS: It would be interesting to pin top threads in the top of the page as other forums so that we can easily have access to the ones that are most likely to match what people came for
