Location by network

Does anyone know why I cant set my location manualy or by network in launcher home page ?

I'm connected to the network but keep getting the message "Locting by network" and when i try to edit it manually, nothing happens

It only works with WiFi connection, not wired one.

Please check if location is enabled in the setting

The wifi is on.
The internet is working
I made sure the location is enabled in the setting but still getting the same message "Locating by network"
