BT7 not booting. Blue light and no fan

Hi,
my BT7 worked fine for a few times, but not when powered on it just shows the blue light, no fan, and no monitor output. It seems it just died out.
any help?

Now on TV HDMI connection, and then plug in, press the power button to try again
