very slow and even the beelink image don't load smooth

just got a new GT1 and it's very slow, even the image when restarting the box is slow and not smooth, also the percentage with utilization is always above 52% even if you click on it to kill and clear the apps.
any suggestions before I return it and going with other company?

The boot animation is not a video but a series of jpeg images.
It doesn't have a high enough frame rate to be smooth.

Android itself will always take up a certain percentage of ram.
If you want 100% of ram available, you have to power off the box.
There is no need to kill apps, Android is quite sophisticated with ram utilization and there is no need to manage this manually.
