SER5 5600 Fan Problem

I Have Ser5 5600 H
Problem
1. Fan not working / spinning
2. sometimes spinning but 1-2 min the off
3. even using manual table fan control, fan is not spinning

You might need to replace the CPU fan.  Please send the pictures of invoice, SN , as well as the both side of the CPU fan to support-pc@bee-link.com, our support team will give you suggestions.
