Heya guys,
I've posted into the other beelink forum (bbs.bee-link.com) but thought I might as well post here as I just found it.
I attempted to update a version 2 SER9 BIOS using the USB zip file given to me by the email support guys.
Doing that wiped my SMBIOS settings, removing the serial, chassis info, etc.
I use Linux, and the tools given to me so far have been Windows tools to try and fix them.
Does anyone know or have the ability to give me a "amideefix64" or "amideefi" file, which runs in the EFI shell to alter the DMI(smbios) information?
Also, does anyone have any spare smbios information lying around so that I know or have a clue what information to put in there other than the serial number?
Any help is greatly appreciated.. So far I've just been getting more annoyed at the lack of help and the lack of availability of such a simple file / function - but the abundance of the Windows tool.
