Please hit the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again . I am having the same problem can you send me the file from audio driver as well please.
I also have the U59 as well. Thought I should have added that info in.
my machine MINIS N5095 SN B50953LH90746, had similar problem. 3.5mm jack does not detect microphone anymore. driver is KT USB AUDIO, no audio in whatsoever. could you help fix?
Thanks. I installed it, restart, and pressed the CLR COMS as you instructed in earlier post in this thread. Now both speaker and microhpone (KT USB AUDIO) are available in device manager. I could use 3.5mm jack to listen and record. will see how it keeps going. thanks again.
The 3.5mm audio output stopped working. The PC's wired headphones stopped seeing. The headphones are working properly, I checked on another device. The warranty has already expired, only 6 months.
What can I do, repair or something with the drivers?
