Bottom menu bar stops working

Correct to your first question. The menu bar on the B922 works with no issue on any display. I used this in my car first. Then I buy a new 6B9X unit to see if problems with voice guidance and music volume are fixed (detailed in another post)... But the 6B9X just had different problems. In many ways, B922 is better performing than 6B9X.

The 6B9X has navigation bar issues like the video on reply #7, on ANY display it is connected to. I simply send a video on my touchscreen because that's where the device is usually plugged in, since I use it for Android in my vehicle.

Please tell me the firmware version of your B922 and 6B9X
And please try to change the dsiplay size on display setting to check if it can work

B922 is 912P0
6B9X is 916P0

Display size does not fix it... on B922 and 6B9X, if display size is 'largest', the screen has an error as noted in the following thread:

This issue is not resolved, and occurs even on 6B9X and B922 on most recent firmware

Please try the following test
Click the hide button on the right side of the bottom bar (hide the status bar), then adjust the font size, and then adjust the display size to see if your status bar can be used normally and whether

Does the display size setting improve your inaccurate clicks on the screen?

I cannot hide the navigation bar while this error occurs, because I cannot select the icon. It will activate the square menu button every time. I restart the unit, and functionality is restored until this error occurs again.

I cannot determine a condition that recreates this error on purpose, like a specific app opening.

Display size setting does not influence this error. As noted "largest" setting for display will have errors on both B922 and 6B9X.

I believe this error may be caused by a setting in the developer menu. I have not figured out which one.

After wiping my device and trying to replicate the errors I've been reporting on, I was enabling some standard bluetooth and display settings in the developer menu, I noticed that suddenly the bottom menu bar error occurred. I have switched off all changed settings, and restarted the device. If the issue comes up again, it may be something different... but I have growing confidence this issue is due to a developer setting that is not compatible with this device.
