i have same masage als ping7th BT stoping working . by setings bt can not turn buton  on . home network its  5G   when ad search network on wifi  find nothing  , by me around  its 2G and 5G phone find networks .  on rj 45 works  i thing bt and wifi modul died. mmodel sb9H

What kind of situation does your Bluetooth problem belong to?
1. Cannot turn on the Bluetooth switch
2. After turning on Bluetooth, it will automatically turn off
3. Or when other devices are connected to Bluetooth, they will be disconnected

Which of the following is your Wifi problem?
1. Unable to search for 5GWIFI, 2.4g can work normally
2. Search for 5Gwifi, unable to connect
3.2.4G and 5G can not be searched or searched but unable to connect
