HI, Please try some solutions here : 

1.You can also try Software : SpeedFan  to optimize the fan .

2..Add a small amount of nonconducting lubricant to the fan shaft : 
Remove the fan and cleaned it
Apply a very small amount of nonconducting lubricant to the shaft.
and reassembled the unit.
