Hi!

When I open the internet explorer or watch a YouTube video, the CPU fires up, the fan starts beeping and the temperature rises.
I have seen that in the BIOS you can activate and deactivate the turbo but if I deactivate it the computer's performance drops a lot (1,10 Ghz).
Above all, I don't want to touch voltages or processor options because I don't understand anything about it and I don't want to damage the equipment.

Is there a way to limit the turbo or do something so that the fan doesn't go on constantly and raise the temperature in "simple" tasks?

On the other hand, in the specifications of the mini pc it appears that the speed of the graphics card is 1200 Mhz but it always remains at 1150 Mhz. That is normal?

Thanks!

①To decrease the temperature , please try to adjust power settings: Adjust the power settings on your PC to optimize performance and reduce heat generation. Lowering the maximum processor state or using power-saving modes can help. Go to control panel ---power option---change to High performance--- change plan setting---advanced setting ---processor power management--- change both 100% to 99% , click save.
② 1200 Mhz is the max frequency, 1150Mhz is normal.
1.Power management: The system may dynamically adjust the frequency to balance performance and power consumption.
2.Thermal constraints: To prevent overheating, the frequency might be reduced to manage the temperature.
3.Load and workload: The actual frequency can depend on the processing requirements at a given moment.
