Good afternoon.
Help me to understand.
In reviews, the processor shows a frequency of 4.4 GHz and scores 600+ CPU-Z points per core.
My SER5 5800N does not raise the frequency above 4.0 GHz and scores 540 points for 1 core.
Tell me why (boost) does not raise the frequency above 4.0 GHz? (processor temperature 60, performance mode enabled in BIOS)
Tell me what needs to be enabled in the BIOS settings (5800H6002)?
How can I get 4.4 GHz with 1 core loaded?

Why doesn’t my frequency rise above 4.0 GHz?

Who will give me the answer?

I tried reinstalling Windows.
I reset the BIOS settings.
the problem is not solved.

Hello here,
CPUs often have the function of automatic frequency adjustment, which means that their power consumption fluctuates within a certain range.and your machine can work well now, right?
