Two U59 Pro Series Bricked

Hello again, this is my 2nd thread as now I have two of these Mini-PCs with the same issue.

Both PCs boot passed Bios to a checking Media Presence Screen. Will not boot passed Bios or the Black screen (Checking Media Presence).

I believe I need a new windows installation, however after getting my windows system image for the first PC I had trouble with, it failed to install. So I'm waiting on a response back in that thread.

Hello, it seems that your SSD is broken, could you please send us belowing photo?

(The method of entering the BIOS is to press delete all the time at the boot interface)
