After the latest Windows update, I have been unable to boot past bios after researching and finding these forums. It looks like I need to contact you in some way. It looks like I need a key for a new Windows install, as I have tried several things to try and fix, or boot into Windows and have been unsuccessful.

May I ask you that have you followed our tutorial?
Have you named your USB flash disk to WINPE?
Have you formatted your USB flash disk to NTFS?
Have you put the file in the root directory?

And if you have followed these, could you please send us these two pictures? (The method of entering the BIOS is to press delete all the time at the boot interface)
1. BIOS save&exit page
2.  NVME  Configuration in BIOS chipest (path: Chipset→PCH-IO Configuration→NVME Configuration).

Looking forward to your information so that we can help you better.
Have a nice day!

I followed all the instructions to the T.
After remaking the USB a few times with the same issues, I eventually was lucky and the PC booted into Windows without the error.
After a few hours of using the PC running diag tests, and removing any corrupted files I could find. The issue came back, only this time the USB Drive worked and copied the system image as it was supposed to.

I'm currently on Day 2 after the system image being copied and no longer having that issue.
I do have a second unit, another U59 series which I made an alternate post for.
I'm in need of repairing that unit in the same manner.
