I am running 4 of these units for just light web browsing.  It is at random times that this happens.  It may be once a day or three times a week.  They are in a cool environment.  They lockup to where nothing responds (Display, inputs, network ping).  Looking through the windows event log, nothing jumps out at me.  I did end up adjusting the power management options in windows for the CPU level to 1 and the fan level to 5.  This has not helped either, so I am here now.
Any ideas to help troubleshoot and solve this issue?

Thanks

Hi there,
I'm experiencing the same issue, I will hope you find something to do about this because I have like 104 mini pcs and is a really big problem to hard reboot it.

Same problem here.  Tried running Ubuntu from USB - still locks up.  Must be hardware related.  3D printed a new bottom so I could place a fan under it and keep things cool.  Still same problem.  Very random.  Ran longterm hardware testing software - couldn't determine anything.  Contacted Beelink - never heard back.  Needless to say, last Beelink I will own.
