Hi, my U59 PC won't boot.

After 1-2 second after boot, Beelink logo images distorted, and it wont boot.
I tried to boot up recovery, still have a same problem.
You can see it in attached file.
What can I do? Thank you.

Sorry for the trouble.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ?
Please press delete key to go to BIOS to see if it recognizes SSD. If it doesn’t recognize SSD, maybe SSD was broken or loose, please take out the SSD and RAM and plug them back properly. You can also change another SSD to check if it is the problem of SSD.
Could you please send us these two pictures? (The method of entering the BIOS is to press delete all the time at the boot interface)
1. BIOS save&exit page
2. SATA And RST Configuration in BIOS chipest (path: Chipset→PCH-IO Configuration→SATA And RST Configuration)
Looking forward to your reply.

I prepared an USB disk, but have a some doubts - will this USB disk erase all my data? Because I have some programs I buyed, and installed to this PC. And I don't want to buy these programs again. Or can I choose to NOT ERASE all data?

I didn't want to disassemble PC and get SSD to copy because of warranty(have I a some warranty?)
And dont have M2 adapter.
No EaseUs partition tool.
I just have an Acronis true image bootable USB, tried to boot from ACronis, and got same problem.
Should I disassemble this PC to get SSD?
