On my Beelink EQ12 the front two USB ports seem different. When I plug my external Samsung 1TB T7 Shield drive into the left USB port the computer will not read anything from it (works fine with other flash drives ETC). Now, if I plug that same drive into the right USB port (closest to power button? it works just fine.

Are these two ports different in anyway? Please help me?

Also installed a 2TB Samsung SSD in the bottom and there are no mounting screws or anyway to secure the drive that I see. Guess the bottom panel is the only thing holding the drive in place?

Thanks.

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC?

Hello Beelink. I am experiencing nearly the same thing as @felloffthetruck on my recently purchased EQ12 (with N100 cpu).

When I plug an external HDD into the USB 3.2 Gen 2 type A port on the *front left* side, the OS sees the drive. However, when I plug the same external HDD into the port on the *front right* side, the OS cannot see the drive. Does this mean the USB port on the front right side is broken? Please help.

I tried several of my 2.5" HDD with each port on my EQ12 Pro and all of my drives worked on each port. The most power hungry is an older 7200RPM seagate that indicates it may use up to 0.85A.
The only issue I has was the rear USB A port. I had to push my USB A to C adaptor in further than I expected

Hi Beelink. Yes, a mouse connected to the *front-right* usb-a port works. But I think there is something wrong with the computer's usb controller because I am having input/output errors when I plug an usb hard drive into any port. I've tried different cables so it is not the usb cable that is causing the problem. Also, the usb devices work when I plug them into other computers.
