Locating by Network

Hello,
on the start screnn, in the window with the time and date, is written: Location by network....
or you can click here to edit your location (make sure your network is available)


In the first Time it works, but now both option don`t work.

What could be the reason for this?

Same issue here, a couple of days ago the feature stopped working, how can I the configuration for this? Thanks a lot!
