Windows 10 failed to activate.

Hi, I have installled Windows 10 on SSD 128GB.  Everything is running good but it failed to activate with the message  "The product key used on this PC didn't work with this edition of Windows".  I tried to install Windows home edition (english) from Microsoft site and from Beelink both with error codes 0x803F7001 and 0xC004C003.
