core ELEC not working

I have bought a Bee-Link GT King S22X and i tried to use the core elec application only to find when the Core ELEC settings screen comes on, the remote controller does not work, plus I tried a Bluetooth mini  keyboard and that does not work either, any advice please

You can try to update the firmware. Please send the SN code on the back of machine for us to check the version and send the filr for you.
