GT-king box auto starting due to IR conflicts

Hi Guys, I recently bought this great box but for some reason that I can't identify the box keeps auto starting as soon as I press any button in my LG tv, I know that you will tell me to check for CEC but is not active on the box. I updated the FW to 915P0_WOL , my SN is  6B9X and same trouble.
this is what I did to point or think that the trouble is the gt-king box :
turned on gt-king box as usual , let the GUI run okay
turned off Lg tv , unplugged power cord of tv
unplugged hdmi cord from gt-king
press power button on beelink remote
gt-king box went off and kept off - okay
with the tv powered off and no hdmi/cord/no power cord
pressed the OK button on the LG remote and the GT-king turned on

based on this all seems to be the GT-king unless the LG remote has a crazy feature or code to run CEC devices- don't think so-

I haven't tried the other tv remote ( westinhouse) but i'm pretty sure it will do the same

what Do you recommend ?

Yes, that is a major problem with Beelink's Android boxes.  A lot of my IR remotes powers on/off my Beelink boxes.

Hi, the reason for this situation may be that the switch button of the remote control and the OK button of the LG TV remote control have the same IR code value, can you tell us your monitor model or the IR code value of the remote control? We can test and adjust it.

I had a simaler problem as well. " My Solution " was to put a strip of black electrical tape across the whole FRONT edge of the box.  

Try it.. probably fix your situation too !
