Noisy FAN

Hi,
I have a :
Model : SEI8 - G- 1651280W64PRO-V2
CPU : Intel Core i5-8259U
Drive Model: Samsung SSD 970 EVO 1TB
SDRAM : 16GB
Why the fan is very noisy when it is in function...
I only use office, mails, internet and watch movies on Netflix...

If you feel that the fan is loud, can you provide a video or recording of the fan sound? We need to determine the cause of the loud fan noise first.
