Morning all

I bought a new GK35 last week and the time doesn't work. Windows 10 fully updated. Time in BIOS seems ok, but time literally stands still in Windows. Have to force a time re-sync to resolve. All other PC's on the site work with no issues.

Do I need to replace CMOS battery (if so how) or is there another fix?

Hello.
I'm sorry to let you encounter this problem, if you set the synchronization network time in the system still has no effect, then you can try to replace the CMOS battery.
After removing the bottom case, you can see the CMOS battery attached to the motherboard, you can buy the same specifications of the battery for replacement.
