Problems with SEI8

Hi,

I have an SEI8, with an i5 processor, 16GB of memory.

I am having apparently random problems were some of my apps give me errors. One of the errors seems to be a problem with the Microsoft C+ runtime system. Sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesn't. The same with at least one other application (although I don't get an error message that seems related to the C+ runtime system). These are not typically-used software products. I use the computer for running biofeedback equipment in my clinical practice.

THere are no problems on other computers running the software. I'm not even certain how to determine what the problem is. I can't use the computer because I need reliable equipment.

Any ideas how to even start to figure out what the problem is?
